Safety at a glance
  • 3D-printed parts are not toys and are intended for responsible, hobbyist use only.
  • Keep small parts and magnets away from children and pets - choking and ingestion hazards.
  • Edges may be sharp - sand and finish responsibly. Supervise assembly and use.
  • Do not rely on prints for load-bearing, safety, or medical purposes.
  • Use LEDs, batteries, and adhesives at your own risk - follow manufacturers' safety instructions and local regulations.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our files or content you confirm that you are at least 16 years old or acting under the supervision of a competent adult, and that you will use our designs responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not download or use our files.

3. Intended Use of Files

  • Our 3D files and instructions are provided for hobbyist and educational use.
  • They are not intended for children, medical, safety-critical, structural, or food-contact applications.
  • Coin-operated or vending-style mechanisms may be subject to local laws and standards - you are solely responsible for compliance.

4. Safety Warnings and Disclaimers

  • Small parts and magnets. Risk of choking or serious injury if swallowed. Magnets can cause severe internal harm if ingested - seek immediate medical help.
  • Mechanical risks. Springs, latches, hinges, and moving parts may pinch or cause injury. Assemble and operate with care.
  • Finishing and tools. Cutting, sanding, drilling, or gluing can create dust and fumes - use protective gear and proper ventilation.
  • Electrical components. Use only low-voltage, CE-certified components. Follow manufacturer instructions and local electrical codes. Avoid overheating and short circuits.
  • Material limitations. Printed parts may weaken with heat, UV exposure, moisture, or chemicals. Test fit and evaluate suitability before use.
  • Pets and children. Keep printed parts and subassemblies out of reach. Adult supervision required at all times.

No professional advice. Any guidance, print settings, or tips we provide are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice.

5. Responsibility for Printing and Use

  • You are solely responsible for printer settings, materials, scaling, and assembly choices.
  • Due to variability between printers and materials, results may differ - always print, test, and evaluate parts before regular use.
  • Scaling or modifying files may affect tolerances, safety, and function - proceed at your own risk.

6. Licensing and Third-Party Platforms

Access to paid files and licensing for commercial printing is managed through Patreon. Any rights to commercially sell prints are governed exclusively by the licensing terms applicable to your Patreon tier. These Terms do not grant any license beyond those terms. Free models distributed on MakerWorld are subject to the terms stated there.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, images, texts, and brand assets remain the intellectual property of Polygon3d Studio Katarzyna Grabowska unless otherwise stated.
  • You may download and print files for permitted uses as set out in Patreon or MakerWorld listings.
  • You may not redistribute, resell, or share the source files (STL/3MF/OBJ or similar), including uploading them to other platforms, forums, or marketplaces, without our written permission.
  • Creating NFTs or training datasets from our content is prohibited.
  • If you share prints online, please credit the original design - attribution is appreciated but not mandatory unless specified.

8. No Warranties

Our files and content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of our files or content. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you paid directly to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim - if any. Nothing in these Terms limits statutory consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Compliance With Laws and Third-Party Terms

You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, standards, and policies when using our files, including the terms of Patreon, MakerWorld, and component manufacturers.

11. Age Requirements and Supervision

Our files are intended for makers aged 16+ and should be assembled and used under adult supervision where appropriate.

12. Feedback and User Content

If you voluntarily submit ideas, photos, settings, or feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use and display that content for showcasing and improving our designs. You represent that you have rights to share such content.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our designs, safety guidance, or applicable laws. The updated Terms will be posted on our website with the effective date above.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, mandatory protections under your local law remain unaffected. Disputes may be brought before the competent courts under applicable law - typically the courts of Poland for non-consumer users.
